Jonathan Polster
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Prior to founding Peakview Investments, Jonathan held a multifamily investment advisory role on one of the most prominent teams at HFF & JLL nationally. Jonathan was involved in the research, analytics, marketing and execution of over 60 property sales in the Colorado region, totaling over $5 billion in transactions.
Before his time at JLL, Jonathan acted as a Senior Financial Analyst at Fannie Mae, where he oversaw an administrative budget of $430 million for the Capital Markets business line. In his role, Jonathan reported directly to senior executives at the firm, providing budgetary oversight, strategic planning and personnel decision making to ensure execution of annual objectives set forth by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, as well as a Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from Georgetown University.
As Founder and Principal of Peakview Investments, Jonathan’s roles include the oversight of deal sourcing and acquisition, fundraising and asset management. To date, Jonathan has been responsible for over $40 million in capital deployment.

Josh Simon
SENIOR ADVISOR
Josh retired from JLL in May 2021, where he was a Senior Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets. With over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry, Josh completed capitalizations on a broad range of product types including multi-housing, industrial, retail, office, and hotel properties. During the course of his career, Josh completed in excess of $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to the merger with JLL, Josh joined HFF in January 2012 and co-founded the Denver office. Josh also previously served as a Vice President in the Denver office of CBRE Capital Markets - Debt and Equity Finance Group.
Josh, along with his wife Rae, began investing in real estate and other equities alongside his friends and clients in 2010. Since inception, their portfolio has grown to 40 properties totaling over 9,000 multifamily units and over 450,000 industrial square feet in 13 different states. Josh is a Senior Advisor of Peakview Investments and will play an integral role assisting the company in fundraising and carrying out its business objectives. Josh also actively serves on the Board of Directors for the Brent Eley Foundation (Brent’s Place).

Greg Cohen
DIRECTOR
Prior to joining Peakview, Greg served as a Global Director for the ION Group, a market-leading financial data and intelligence platform. Greg owned relationships with many of the world’s largest investment banks, hedge funds, law firms, and private equity shops and lead efforts to secure and grow a book of business totaling $21M in annually recuring revenue.
Before his role with ION Group, Greg began his career as a Project Finance Analyst for Rahr Enterprises, a family office, where he worked directly with the Portfolio Manager, performing due diligence and monthly reporting on investments across asset classes totaling a $1.5B portfolio.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. Greg also earned a minor in Philosophy from the Tulane School of Liberal Arts. Greg graduated with Cum Laude honors and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society.

Jack Korosec
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Prior to joining Peakview Investments, Jack held a capital markets role as Assistant Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise, where he worked on a range of commercial real estate transactions across various markets. Jack was integral to the sourcing, structuring, and execution of financing solutions, facilitating transactions for investors with banks, life companies, credit unions, and debt fund lenders.
Before his role with BWE, Jack sharpened his underwriting and transaction expertise as a Real Estate Analyst at Essex Financial Group. In this role, he was instrumental in evaluating over $1.5 billion in transactions and closing over $250 million across multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. His market knowledge and analytical skills consistently supported clients in achieving optimal financing solutions.
Jack’s career began at JLL, where he supported office leasing and land transactions totaling over $50 million in value. There, he conducted in-depth financial analysis, provided market insights, and guided clients through successful lease negotiations.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder. At Peakview, he is responsible for investment analysis, deal structuring, and building lasting client relationships.
