Peakview Investments targets assets that have renters out of necessity, rather than renters by choice, driving a deep tenant pool with exponential demand as secondary and tertiary markets within the Mountain West and Midwest regions become exceedingly more expensive.

  • 50-250 units

  • >1960’s vintage product

  • Value-add and Core+ assets

  • Focus on off-market opportunities from Owners that have held the asset for 10+ years and/or have upcoming debt maturities.

  • Acquisition criteria: below market rents, mismanagement, and deals with expansion opportunities (units, common areas, etc.).

Commercial

Peakview Investments targets core plus assets (multi tenant Class B / B light industrial, warehouse buildings, non-credit tenants or assets with vacancy) throughout the Mountain West and Midwest regions. Additionally, we will look for covered land plays with the ability to redevelop, specifically focusing on failing retail locations that can be converted to industrial use.

  • $4MM+ total deal size

  • 40,000-150,000 square feet

  • Core+ and vacant buildings

  • Class B/B- light-industrial, warehouse/distribution and flex assets

  • Acquisition criteria: below market rents, multi-tenant deals with vacancy, small single tenant deals and covered land plays with significant upside potential.
